The weather is getting nicer . . . are you ready to safely entertain a friend or two outdoors? In this summer-focused cocktail class, Master bar whiz, Daniel Parker Guidry, will guide students through how to mix cocktails perfect for summertime with guidance about batching cocktails and sourcing supplies for small parties.

Prior to class, students should have on hand: This is a hands-on class and you’ll enjoy yourself more if you can mix (and taste) along with Daniel. If you want to mix along, you’ll need — Pimm’s, Gin, ginger beer, tonic, lime juice, lemon, mint, strawberries, and 2:1 sugar syrup (combine 2 parts sugar to 1 part water).

About your instructor: Daniel Parker Guidry has spent 15 years in the craft cocktail industry and is currently bar manager at Bar Casa Vale. He holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Spirits.
