These rigorous training programs are ideal for serious students – already equipped with a solid foundation of basic wine knowledge – who are ready to take the next step. In order to be successful and gain everything you can from these courses, time outside the classroom will need to be allocated for reading and review.

Be it a focus on French, Italian, or Spanish wines – as you expand your knowledge on grape variety, climate & soil influence, as well as practices, traditions and regional regulations that have come to define these storied, wine-producing countries.

Upon completion of courses and successfully passing the certification exam, students will earn:
