Join Nicolas Quillé MW for an in-depth exploration of the history and terroir that define the wines of Beaujolais. We’ll focus our attention on the region’s Crus, exploring the soils, slopes and old vines that define these high quality sites and will learn how these wines can be elegant, complex and gouleyant (gulpable) all at the same time.

About your instructor: Nicolas Quillé is Chief Operations Officer at Crimson Wine Group; has worked in Burgundy, Provence, Champagne and Portugal; and is a member of the prestigious Institute of Masters of Wine.
