Join us in the online classroom for a deep exploration of the world’s most underappreciated wine: Sherry! In this course, we will explore the production methods that make this wine so diverse in style and so insanely complex. This session will focus on how to pair Sherry with food; so pull out all your best snacks, make some dinner and let’s play!

About your instructor: This course is taught by Lucas Payà. Lucas is the former head sommelier at elBulli restuarant and José Andrés group. He is now National Brand Educator for Lustau and teaches Sherry Wine Certification Courses throughout the United States.
