In this in-depth, Master Level course, wine industry members will explore Bourgogne’s lesser-known villages and vineyard sites, seeking out of the under-explored and under-valued wine gems of this iconic wine region. Learning will be underscored by guided tasting of 6 exquisite wines.

About the instructor: As a Bourgogne Wine Ambassador, Tanya Morning Star focuses her work on the in-depth investigation of Bourgogne’s history, vineyard sites, and terroir. In addition to educating students about Bourgogne wines around the United States, Tanya also regularly leads educational and cultural tours of the region.
