WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits
Whether you are a spirits professional or an enthusiastic consumer, gain a thorough understanding of the world of spirits in this comprehensive course exploring the styles, history and production of spirits such as brandy, whisk(e)y, rum, tequila, vodka, gin and liqueurs. Students will learn how to systematically taste and evaluate spirits; how distillation, base material, and maturation impact the ultimate product; and finally, how to shake and stir it all together to create both classic and contemporary cocktails.
The WSET Level 2 Spirits Course is an internationally recognized certification program. Students who complete this course and successfully pass the certification exam are awarded the WSET Level 2 Spirits Certificate.
